ABOUT US

A broker agency, built for serious forex traders.

MOMA Brokerage Inc. is a broker agency for forex traders and their partners: multi-broker MT5 accounts, a request-based funding desk and a transparent L1–L7 affiliate commission engine, operated by people who sign their decisions.

This page is the complete, unedited account of what MOMA Brokerage Inc. is, how it operates and where it is going. It is long on purpose: an agency that asks members to trust it with funding, verification and commissions should be willing to explain itself at the same depth it expects members to read. Part One covers who we are — the founding story, the mission, the agency model and the members and partners we serve. Part Two covers how the agency works — the multi-broker account layer, the request-based funding desk, the partner commission engine, the technology and the compliance programme that binds them. Part Three covers the people, the operating values, our global reach in eight languages, our education and community work, and the roadmap ahead. Nothing here is marketing filler; every claim is one you can verify inside the member workspace, in the Legal & Compliance Center or by asking the desk in writing.

If you read only one section, read the funding desk in Part Two — it explains more about how MOMA differs from a conventional broker than any slogan could. If you are evaluating the partner programme, read the commission engine and then hold us to it. And if something on this page conflicts with something you experience in the platform, tell us: the page loses, the fix ships, and the correction is published with its effective date.

PART ONE — WHO WE ARE

A broker agency built on one belief: professional trading infrastructure should not be a privilege.

Every brokerage has a story about technology. Ours is a story about access — and about the conviction that an individual trader, given the right desk, the right information and the right protections, can operate with the same discipline and confidence as an institution.

The MOMA trading floor: monitors, market data and a calm, professional desk environment
The MOMA desk: market coverage, funding review and partner support under one roof.

1.1 Our story

MOMA Brokerage Inc. was founded by a small group of fintech engineers and trading-industry professionals who had spent years on opposite sides of the same table — some building execution and settlement infrastructure for brokers, others trading, funding and scaling accounts through brokers whose processes had not changed in a decade. Both groups kept running into the same friction: funding that took days without explanation, partner commissions that arrived without a calculation anyone could audit, and account dashboards that could only ever show one broker at a time.

The founding team asked a deceptively simple question: if we gave a serious trader the kind of operational desk that an institutional client takes for granted — reviewed funding with documented decisions, consolidated multi-broker reporting, published commission mathematics and a human being accountable for every request — what would that be worth? The answer became MOMA: not another exchange, not another dark-pool venue, but a broker agency. An agency that stands between the trader and a network of brokers, liquidity and payment rails, and makes the whole machinery legible.

From the first line of code, the operating model was designed around reviewability. Deposits, withdrawals and broker connections do not happen silently in the background; they are raised as formal requests, checked by a compliance-trained operator, decided against written policy and recorded. Every administrative action leaves an audit trail. Partner commissions are not a black box — the per-lot rebate schedule and the level criteria are published, calculated from verified trading volume, and open for reconciliation on request. These are not marketing statements; they are engineering constraints that shaped the platform.

That discipline has stayed with us as the platform has grown from an internal tool into a full member workspace — with a wallet, trading analytics, a verification centre, a partner programme spanning seven commission levels, and a daily market-insights briefing published every morning at 9:00 AM. Growth has never changed the founding rule: if a member cannot see why something happened, the product is not finished.

1.2 Why a broker agency — and not another exchange

The retail trading industry is crowded with venues promising tighter spreads and faster execution. MOMA deliberately chose a different position. We do not run a matching engine, we do not take the opposite side of your ideas, and we do not ask you to migrate your accounts to a single proprietary platform. Instead, we operate as an introducing broker agency: we source broker relationships, technology and liquidity, and we wrap them in an operational layer — funding review, consolidated reporting, verification, rebates and support — that neither the individual broker nor the individual trader could assemble alone.

This position matters because the hardest part of trading at scale is rarely the trade itself. It is everything around the trade: moving money in and out cleanly, keeping verified records that satisfy a bank or an auditor, understanding exactly which fee produced which rebate, and being able to prove, months later, that a number was calculated correctly. A venue optimises the tick. An agency optimises the whole operation. Traders who run multiple accounts, partners who build referral businesses and small institutions who need documented processes all find that the agency layer is where their time is actually lost — and that is the layer we built.

It also matters for independence. Because our reporting aggregates read-only MT5 accounts from multiple brokers, a member can keep working with the brokers they trust while gaining a single, consolidated view of balances, equity and volume. Because our commission engine is published and reconcilable, a partner never has to take our word for a number. Independence, consolidated visibility and auditability are the three properties an exchange structure finds hard to offer — and they are the reason MOMA exists.

"If a member cannot see why something happened, the product is not finished." — the founding operating rule, still applied to every request, report and payout.

1.3 Our mission and vision

MOMA was established with a simple mission: to make professional financial services accessible to everyone, everywhere. Traditional financial markets have long favoured large institutions with privileged access to advanced technology, deep liquidity and sophisticated infrastructure. Our mission is to close that gap — to deliver institutional-level capabilities to traders, investors and businesses worldwide, wrapped in the security, transparency and operational excellence those markets demand.

Our vision is to become the world's most trusted financial technology ecosystem — an agency that connects global markets, intelligent capital and opportunity, and does so with a standard of clarity that raises expectations for the whole industry. We measure ourselves against that vision in unglamorous ways: how quickly a withdrawal question gets a documented answer, how accurately a rebate figure reconciles, how early a member learns about a policy change. Vision, for us, is not a poster; it is a set of daily behaviours.

1.4 What MOMA actually does

Strip away the industry vocabulary and the agency does four concrete things. First, it consolidates: members connect read-only MT5 accounts from multiple brokers and see balances, equity, floating positions and trading volume in one professional dashboard. Second, it governs money movement: deposits and withdrawals are submitted as formal requests, screened against anti-money-laundering and source-of-funds standards, reviewed by a named operator, and settled with a full record of the decision. Third, it rewards growth: the partner programme tracks referred volume, evaluates rank levels monthly, and pays published per-lot rebates through an auditable settlement engine. Fourth, it informs: a daily insights briefing, an education library and transparent fee documentation keep members operating on facts rather than folklore.

Each of those four functions exists because a member or partner once had to do it manually, in a spreadsheet, with no counterparty willing to explain a discrepancy. The wallet shows settled balances rather than optimistic ones. The funding desk shows payment progress from submission through network confirmation to settlement. The analytics screens distinguish realised from floating results, daily profit from cumulative equity, and drawdown from expectation. Nowhere in the product is a member asked to trust a number they cannot trace.

Just as important is what MOMA does not do. We do not promise returns, manage discretionary portfolios without a signed mandate, or market trading as an income guarantee. We are an introducing broker agency, not an exchange, and leveraged trading involves substantial risk of loss. Every document in our Legal & Compliance Center — client agreement, risk disclosure, AML and sanctions policies, order-execution and complaint-handling procedures — is published in full, and each one can be read on screen or downloaded as a formatted PDF with a document reference and effective date. The agency model only works when the agency is legible, so legibility is the product.

1.5 Who we serve

MOMA serves two core groups, and the platform is deliberately organised around the separation between them. The member workspace is the trader's desk; the administration console is the operations desk. The two share data but never share interfaces, so a member's experience is never cluttered by back-office tooling and an operator's decisions are never mixed with member workflows.

Serious retail traders

Traders who operate one or several MT5 accounts and want institutional-grade reporting, a funding desk that communicates, and analytics that separate realised profit from floating equity.

Partners and introducing brokers

Affiliates, IBs and community leaders who grow referral networks and need published level criteria, verified volume tracking, monthly rank evaluation and reconcilable rebate payouts.

Small institutions and corporate desks

Corporate clients and small funds that require documented verification, beneficial-ownership diligence, segregated operational records and an agency that can answer a compliance question in writing.

Across all three groups, the common requirement is the same: a counterparty that treats operational transparency as a feature, not a concession. Traders choose MOMA because funding stops being a black box. Partners choose MOMA because commissions stop being a rumour. Institutions choose MOMA because process stops being an improvisation. Everything else on this page — the technology, the compliance framework, the people — exists to keep those three promises.

The remainder of this page describes how the agency works in practice: the accounts and funding flows in Part Two, and the people, values and direction of the firm in Part Three.

PART TWO — HOW THE AGENCY WORKS

Four systems, one operating standard: every number traceable, every decision documented.

Behind the member dashboard sit four systems — account consolidation, the request-based funding desk, the partner commission engine and the compliance layer. Each is described here the way we describe it to an auditor, because that is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Consolidated data flows: multi-broker accounts, reviewed funding and reconcilable commission records.

2.1 Multi-broker MT5 accounts, one consolidated view

Most active traders do not live on one broker. Spreads, swap rates, symbol availability and platform reliability differ across venues, and diversifying execution across two or three brokers is ordinary risk management. The problem is that every broker reports in its own portal, in its own format, on its own clock. Reconciling a week of activity across three brokers by hand is exactly the kind of error-prone work that should have been automated years ago.

MOMA's account layer does that automation. Members connect MT5 accounts — including accounts held directly with third-party brokers — through a read-only data connection. The platform then keeps a synchronised picture of each account: balance, equity, floating profit and loss, margin usage, leverage and, at the trade level, every closed position with its symbol, direction, volume in lots, open and close times and realised profit. Nothing about the connection is write-access; MOMA can see, but cannot touch. Orders are always placed by the member, on their own platform, under their own credentials.

On top of the raw sync, the workspace computes what a multi-broker trader actually needs to know: portfolio-level balance and equity, today's realised result, floating exposure, daily profit curves, equity trend versus balance, maximum drawdown over the selected window, and volume broken down by day and by instrument. Where the member is enrolled in the partner programme, verified closed-lot volume feeds directly into rank progress and rebate calculations — the same numbers appear in the trader's analytics and in the partner's commission record, which is precisely the point.

Sync cadence and data lineage are visible. Each account record carries the time of its last synchronisation, and historical snapshots are preserved so that trend charts reflect genuine point-in-time values rather than a reconstruction. If a connection drops, the member sees staleness rather than silence. In an industry where "trust us" is the default answer to a data question, showing the timestamp is a small feature with an outsized effect on confidence.

2.2 The request-based funding desk

MOMA deliberately does not move money silently. Every deposit and every withdrawal begins as a formal request — with an amount, a currency, a payment method and, for crypto, a network and destination address — and ends with a recorded decision and, where applicable, a settlement record. The request-based model is slower than an unreviewed pipe by design: it buys verification, dispute resolution and a clean paper trail, which are worth far more than a few minutes of convenience once real money is involved.

A deposit request travels a visible path: submitted, under review, payment confirmation, then settlement into the wallet or trading account. For card and wallet channels, funding typically credits within minutes of a successful payment confirmation. For crypto deposits through our payment processor, balances credit once the processor reports a finished status — meaning the network has confirmed and the processor has settled — not merely when a transaction is seen in the mempool. Members can watch that payment progress live in the gateway, including the processor's status stages, so "where is my deposit" is a question the interface answers before it is asked.

Withdrawals follow the mirror image: submitted, under review, approved, payout, settled. Review includes identity re-verification where documents have aged or details changed, screening of the destination against the member's verified profile, anti-fraud checks on device and behaviour, and source-of-funds review at elevated amounts. Payouts go only to destinations in the member's own verified name — third-party destinations are refused, not discouraged. Risk controls set per-transaction and daily limits by channel, and every review outcome carries a written note the member can read in their request history.

What a member sees for each request is the same record an administrator works from: status steps, payment progress, review notes and timestamps. There is no hidden internal state that a support ticket later has to reveal. When an operator approves, rejects or asks for one more document, the reason is typed into the record. This is the single most deliberate design decision in the platform, and it is why funding disputes at MOMA tend to end with a link to the history rather than an apology.

2.3 The partner commission engine

The partner programme is built on a ladder of seven commission levels, L1 through L7, with published criteria: team trading volume, direct referrals and active investors. Each level carries a rebate percentage applied to verified trading volume. Evaluation runs monthly: the engine aggregates each partner's network volume from closed MT5 trades, compares the result against the ladder, prepares the rank change and, on settlement, applies the rebate that matches the level achieved. Nothing about the calculation is hidden — the criteria are published on the platform, the volume sources are the member's own trade records, and the resulting commission rows show period, lots, level, rate and amount.

Commission records are designed to be reconciled, not just received. A partner can take any monthly row and trace it: the volume that produced it, the trades that produced the volume, the rate schedule in force for that period, and the settlement state. Where a figure involves structural adjustments — for instance a per-lot plan configured individually for a partner, or a clawback after reversed activity — the record carries the mode and the note. Monthly statements can be exported for accounting, and the settlement report that administrators work from is the same data the partner sees.

The engine is also deliberately conservative in two ways that protect the programme's integrity. First, unlinked or incomplete member records are skipped rather than guessed at — the system never invents a commission from ambiguous data, it flags the gap for an operator. Second, levels lapse honestly: rank progress is re-evaluated from live volume each period, so a level reflects this month's network, not last year's peak. Partners who build durable organisations are rewarded for durability; partners who churn activity for a single spike see the spike for exactly what it is.

2.4 Technology, data and security

The platform is a single, coherent web application — the same interface on desktop and mobile, with layouts tuned per screen size rather than a stripped-down afterthought. Market data, trade analytics, funding status, verification and partner reporting all read from one data layer with row-level access rules, so a member sees their records and only their records, and administrators see what their role requires and nothing broader. Real-time updates are event-driven: when a trade closes, a payment status changes or a request is reviewed, the relevant screens reflect it without a manual refresh.

Security is layered at every boundary. Identity verification documents are uploaded to private, encrypted storage and are never exposed at a guessable public address; viewing them requires authorised, time-limited access. Sessions carry inactivity protection, role-based navigation keeps member and administrative surfaces strictly separate, and administrative actions are written to an audit log with the actor, the target and the timestamp. Payment integrations — card processing, wallet channels and crypto settlement — run through credential-isolated server functions, so no secret material ever reaches the browser.

Resilience engineering shows up in small, honest places: loading states that distinguish "empty" from "loading", charts that show the exact period selected rather than a convenient approximation, and exports that produce the same numbers the screen shows. Eight interface languages — English, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish and German — are maintained as first-class translations rather than machine afterthoughts, because a funding desk that cannot explain itself in the member's language is not, in any meaningful sense, communicating.

"Transparency is not a dashboard feature. It is the constraint every other feature is built around." — Engineering charter, MOMA Brokerage Inc.

2.5 Compliance, verification and client protection

MOMA operates a compliance programme written against United States federal frameworks and international best practice: customer identification and due diligence consistent with Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act and the FinCEN Customer Due Diligence Rule; anti-money-laundering controls aligned with the Bank Secrecy Act; sanctions screening administered against OFAC lists and equivalent regimes; counter-terrorism-financing controls; electronic-records validity under the E-SIGN Act and UETA; and privacy commitments structured around the CCPA/CPRA for California residents alongside GDPR-grade rights for EEA and UK residents. The policies themselves — KYC, AML, CTF, sanctions, PEP handling, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth — are published in the Legal & Compliance Center in full text.

Verification is risk-based rather than theatrical. A standard individual account requires government-issued identification, a recent proof of address and a liveness check matched to the document; corporate accounts add incorporation evidence, registers and beneficial-ownership disclosure to the twenty-five-percent threshold; enhanced due diligence adds source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence with senior review for higher-risk profiles. Verification is not a formality that ends at onboarding: records refresh on a risk-based cycle and on triggering events, because a document that was genuine three years ago is not evidence today.

Client protection extends beyond verification. Risk disclosure is mandatory reading, leverage policies define margin-call and stop-out procedures in advance rather than in the moment, order-execution and best-execution policies describe how trades are handled and monitored, negative-balance protections are scoped honestly by client category, and the complaint-handling procedure sets acknowledgement, investigation and resolution timelines in writing with escalation paths to external channels. None of this makes trading safe — leveraged trading carries substantial risk of loss, and past performance never guarantees future results — but it does make the relationship predictable, and predictability is what a professional counterparty owes its clients.

Verification first

Funding and trading unlock only after identity verification completes; documents stay in private encrypted storage with time-limited, logged access.

Documented decisions

Every funding and verification review ends in a written note, a status and an audit-log entry the member can read.

Monthly, reconcilable payouts

Ranks and rebates re-evaluate from verified volume each month, and every commission row traces to its trades.

Honest analytics

Realised and floating results, equity versus balance, drawdown and volume — all computed from raw trade records, never restated.

Taken together, these four systems are the agency. A trader experiences them as a dashboard that is always current, a funding desk that communicates, and analytics that match the raw records. A partner experiences them as criteria they can plan against and numbers they can audit. An administrator experiences them as a workflow where every decision leaves a record. One operating standard — traceable numbers, documented decisions — runs through all of it.

PART THREE — OUR PEOPLE, VALUES AND FUTURE

Technology sets the ceiling. People set the standard.

Platforms can automate reviews and compute rebates, but they cannot decide what fairness looks like when a rule and a circumstance collide. That judgement is made by people, and the quality of those people — their training, their incentives and their restraint — is the real product behind the interface.

Operations, engineering and compliance working from the same numbers.

3.1 The team behind MOMA

MOMA Brokerage Inc. is operated by a deliberately compact team organised around three disciplines. The engineering group builds and operates the platform: the account aggregation layer, the funding-desk workflow, the commission engine, the notification systems and the analytics. Most of them came from market-infrastructure or payments backgrounds, and their instincts show in the product's habits — timestamps everywhere, state machines for anything that moves money, and an aversion to silent failure.

The operations and compliance group is the human half of the funding desk. These are the people who review deposits and withdrawals, run verification, respond to complaints and write the notes that members read in their request history. Every reviewer is trained on the AML, sanctions and fraud policies they enforce, and every decision they make is recorded with their name and the time. The group's performance is measured not on throughput but on accuracy and turnaround honesty — a review that says "we need one more document" in two hours is worth more than a silent queue.

The partnerships and content group looks after the other side of the agency: onboarding introducing brokers and affiliates, maintaining the published rebate schedule, running the daily market-insights briefing at 9:00 AM, curating the education library and translating the interface across our eight languages. When a partner asks why a rebate figure came out the way it did, this is the team that walks them through the calculation — because if a partner needs to ask twice, the statement, not the partner, is wrong.

Across the three disciplines, one rule is universal: whoever touches a member's money or data can explain what they did and why. It sounds old-fashioned. It is also the only rule we have never been tempted to automate away.

3.2 The values we operate by

Values matter in this industry mostly when they are inconvenient, so we write ours as tests rather than slogans.

Transparency under pressure

When a payment is delayed or a number surprises, the default is disclosure: show the status, show the calculation, show the note. A quiet accommodation is never cheaper than the truth, and we do not treat it as if it were.

Fairness you can audit

Published criteria, published schedules, published decisions. If a partner cannot reconstruct their rebate from the records, the records are incomplete — that is our defect to fix, not their problem to accept.

Education before conversion

Our content — daily insights, the academy library, risk documentation — is written to make members better operators, not to manufacture urgency. No countdown timers on risk. No income promises anywhere.

Respect across markets

Eight interface languages, local settlement considerations and a support desk that answers in the member's language are not localisation extras; they are how a global agency earns local trust.

There is a fifth value that does not fit in a card: restraint. We decline business that our policies cannot serve well — restricted jurisdictions, unexplained funding, structures designed to obscure ownership — and we have refused revenue to keep that line. Every firm claims to do this. The difference is visible in what a firm publishes, and we publish everything.

3.3 A global desk, in your language

MOMA serves members across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America and beyond, and the platform is engineered for that reality rather than translated as an afterthought. The interface runs natively in English, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish and German, with consistent terminology across funding, verification and partner reporting — a member who learns the word for "settled" in one screen will find the same word, meaning the same state, everywhere else.

Global reach also shapes operations. Settlement cut-offs respect the channels our members actually use, from card networks to crypto rails that never close. The funding desk communicates in the member's language, including review notes. Compliance screening runs against the sanctions regimes that apply to our flows, and jurisdiction restrictions are enforced at registration rather than discovered at payout. Being global is not about claiming every market; it is about serving the markets we claim, properly.

And it shapes humility about risk. Markets behave differently across sessions, products behave differently across liquidity conditions, and members' circumstances differ across jurisdictions. Our guidance — from the risk disclosure to the leverage policy to the analytics defaults — is written to be true in all of those contexts, not just the convenient ones.

3.4 Community, education and insights

An agency that profits from activity owes its members more than a terminal. MOMA invests in three content surfaces. The daily insights briefing, published every morning at 9:00 AM, summarises what moved, why it moved and what to watch — written by the desk, not aggregated from wire services, and honest about uncertainty. The academy carries structured education from first-order basics to position management, funding hygiene and partner economics, always free to members. The newsroom covers company updates — policy changes, feature releases, schedule adjustments — with the same effective-date discipline our legal documents use.

The community layer is where members and partners meet the desk as peers: live sessions on platform changes, reconciliation walk-throughs for partners each settlement cycle, and a feedback channel whose suggestions are triaged in the open. We would rather explain a calculation ten times than have one member quietly assume it is unfair. Over time, that stance compounds into the only moat a service business really has: members who stay because they understand what they are paying for.

3.5 Where we are heading

The roadmap is disciplined, and everything on it extends the founding standard. In the near term: deeper automation of the funding desk so that routine reviews resolve in minutes while exceptional cases still get human judgement; richer partner tooling, including team-level volume planning and projection against the level ladder; and expanded analytics that connect funding behaviour to trading outcomes, so members can see their operation the way an institutional risk desk would.

Medium term, we are investing in broker-network breadth — more vetted MT5 venues under the same read-only consolidation — and in payment-rail coverage that shortens settlement times without shortening reviews. We will keep publishing the mathematics behind every new feature before it ships, because a feature whose calculation cannot be explained is a liability wearing a feature's clothes.

Long term, the ambition behind the vision statement is straightforward: make the MOMA agency layer the default operating infrastructure for independent traders and small trading businesses — the desk they would build for themselves if they had the time, the engineers and the compliance staff. We will know we are getting there when the industry's answer to "why is this number what it is?" is no longer "trust us", because enough traders have experienced an agency where the answer is simply: here is the record.

"We are not building a faster venue. We are building the desk that makes venues interchangeable — and makes the agency the trustworthy part."

3.6 Work with us

If you trade, open an account, complete verification and connect your first MT5 account — the overview dashboard, the funding desk and the analytics will explain themselves, and the request history will prove it. If you build a network, review the published level ladder and the rebate schedule before you commit, then hold us to them every month. If you are a small institution, write to us with your process requirements and we will answer in writing, policy by policy.

The fastest paths to reach us: use the contact page for a general enquiry, the support desk inside the member workspace for account questions, or compliance channels for anything regulatory — each is listed with response expectations in the Legal & Compliance Center. We read everything, we answer in the language you wrote to us in, and we sign our answers with a name, not a department.
