MOMA Brokerage Inc.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MOMA platform, including the brokerage agency service, MOMA Wallet, investment products and the partner programme. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering, accepting an invitation, or using any part of the MOMA service you accept these terms and the related Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
MOMA provides financial technology infrastructure and a request-based agency service: deposits, withdrawals, broker connections and verification submissions are reviewed by our team before any action is taken. The platform displays broker and trading information for oversight purposes and does not execute trades on your behalf. Trading itself takes place on the connected broker platforms, including MT5, MOMA WebTrader and the mobile trading app.
3. Eligibility and account opening
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and verification. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for enabling the security protections offered, and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Identity verification
MOMA employs a risk-based KYC framework to verify the identity of all users. Individual verification may require a passport, national ID, driver’s license and proof of residential address; corporate verification may require a certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, share and director registers, a UBO declaration and entity structure charts. We may decline, suspend or restrict accounts that cannot be verified to our standards.
5. Client classification
Where applicable, clients are classified as Retail Clients, Professional Clients or Eligible Counterparties according to defined criteria. Classification determines the protections and regulatory obligations applicable to you; requests to change classification are assessed against the published criteria.
6. Deposits
MOMA only accepts deposits from verified sources that comply with applicable compliance requirements. Third-party deposits and anonymous funding are prohibited, and suspicious transactions are reported where required. Card and PayPal deposits are confirmed by the MOMA funding desk after review; cryptocurrency deposits settle through the connected payment gateway and are credited once network settlement is confirmed. Each request can only be credited once.
7. Withdrawals and payouts
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, AML review, fraud screening and security confirmation, and are paid to your verified destination after review. Processing times vary based on payment method and jurisdiction, and network fees are borne by the sender. Approval places a withdrawal into the payout stage and settlement is recorded once funds have been sent; each request can only be settled once.
8. MOMA Wallet
MOMA Wallet supports multiple currencies and enables instant transfers between wallet balances and trading accounts, funding through bank transfer, card, cryptocurrency and regional payment methods, and fast withdrawal processing with enhanced security protections. Wallet records, internal and digital asset transfers and the associated security obligations are governed by these terms; custody arrangements and any product-specific conditions are shown in the wallet interface.
9. Investment products
Access to copy trading, PAMM, MAM, fund management or strategy products is subject to product-specific terms shown at subscription time, including minimum allocations and performance fees. Performance figures are historical, are not guaranteed, and are described further in the Risk Disclosure. Managed products depend on the decisions of the responsible manager or strategy provider.
10. Partner and affiliate programme
Where you participate in the Introducing Broker or affiliate programme, commissions are calculated from verified trading volume according to the published rank levels and rebate settings, and are recorded in your account. Partners must observe ethical marketing practices, regulatory compliance, accurate representations and client confidentiality, and must not provide investment advice without authorisation, run misleading promotions, manage client funds or access accounts without authorisation. We may adjust rates with notice and may cancel commissions obtained through abuse.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or market abuse, or to submit false documents or data. Automated scraping, unauthorised account access, interference with platform security and misrepresentation of the MOMA brand are prohibited.
12. AML, sanctions and financial crime
MOMA maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward financial crime, applies customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, source of funds verification and beneficial ownership screening, and complies with applicable sanctions frameworks. Accounts may be restricted pending investigation, and additional due diligence may apply to politically exposed persons and higher-risk clients.
13. Fees
Fees, if any, are displayed in the platform before a request or subscription is confirmed. Third-party costs charged by brokers, networks, gateways or banks are your responsibility.
14. Negative balance protection
Where applicable and available in your jurisdiction, eligible clients may benefit from protections designed to prevent account balances from falling below zero. Availability and conditions may vary; nothing in this clause guarantees a particular outcome.
15. Intellectual property
The MOMA name, brand, platform software, content and marketing materials are protected. You may not copy, adapt or distribute them without written permission, except as permitted for authorised partners under the partner programme materials.
16. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOMA is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, third-party service outages, gateway delays or indirect and consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be submitted through official communication channels and are handled under the Complaint Handling Policy: acknowledgement, compliance review, internal investigation, formal resolution and, where applicable, escalation. Contact compliance@moma.com or complaints@moma.com.
18. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. You may stop using the platform at any time; we may suspend, freeze or terminate accounts where misuse, security concerns, verification failures or legal obligations require it.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MOMA Brokerage Inc.’s operations; mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. Services, products, leverage limits and features may vary depending on residency, jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.
20. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through the Contact page or to compliance@moma.com.
