Trading financial products involves substantial risk. Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Read this disclosure carefully before using the MOMA platform.
1. Products covered
This disclosure applies to all financial products offered or displayed through the MOMA ecosystem, which may include Forex, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies and other Leveraged Products. Clients may lose part or all of their invested capital.
2. Leveraged trading risk
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small market movement against your position can lead to losses that exceed your initial deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Leverage, margin and stop-out
Margin requirements, leverage ratios, margin calls and stop-out procedures are defined in the Leverage & Margin Policy. When account equity falls below required levels, positions may be closed automatically at prevailing prices, potentially at a loss. Monitoring margin levels is your responsibility.
4. No guaranteed returns
No trading or investment outcome offered, displayed or discussed through this platform is guaranteed. Statements about expected performance are estimates only and do not form a promise of results.
5. Past performance
Historical performance figures shown for managers, strategies or products are not indicative of future results. Markets can move against any strategy, including professionally managed ones.
6. Copy trading and managed products
Copy trading, PAMM, MAM and fund management products depend on the decisions of a strategy provider or manager. Losses can occur regardless of the provider’s track record, and product terms may limit your ability to exit immediately. Diversification across strategies does not eliminate risk.
7. Digital asset risk
Clients trading digital asset products acknowledge risks associated with volatility, regulatory uncertainty, technology risks (including blockchain, wallet and gateway failures) and market liquidity risks. Crypto funding settles only after network confirmation; values may change between payment and settlement.
8. Execution risk
Orders are executed fairly, consistently and efficiently taking into account price, speed, liquidity, likelihood of execution and market conditions. Best execution outcomes consider market conditions, liquidity availability, order size, volatility and execution venues. Slippage, requotes and gaps can occur during fast markets, news events or low liquidity periods.
9. Counterparty, currency and settlement risk
Funds held with brokers, networks or gateways are subject to the counterparty’s own conditions. Currency movements, payment network issues and technology outages can delay or affect transfers, settlement recording and data shown in your account.
10. Request-based operation
Funding and withdrawal requests on MOMA are reviewed manually and are subject to identity verification, AML review, fraud screening and security confirmation. Processing times are indicative and may be extended while verification or additional checks are pending.
11. Negative balance protection
Where applicable, eligible clients may benefit from protections designed to prevent account balances from falling below zero. Availability may vary by jurisdiction and account type; this protection should not be relied upon as a substitute for prudent risk management.
12. Tax
Trading outcomes may be taxable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations; MOMA does not provide tax advice.
