MOMA Brokerage Inc.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
MOMA recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client data. This Privacy Policy explains how MOMA collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use the MOMA platform at momafx.com, including the Legal & Compliance Center.
1. Who we are
MOMA Brokerage Inc. operates a financial technology platform that brings multi-broker MT5 trading accounts, a request-based funding and payout desk, MOMA Wallet services, copy trading and PAMM/MAM managed investing, a tiered partner commission engine and educational content together under one ecosystem. For all privacy matters you can reach the Privacy Office at privacy@moma.com or through the Contact page.
2. Information we collect
Identity information: your full name, nationality, date of birth and government identification documents (passport, national ID or driver’s license) submitted through the KYC/KYB flow, together with proof of residential address and, for corporate accounts, entity registration documents, share and director registers and UBO declarations. These are stored privately and can only be viewed by authorised administrators.
Contact information: your email address, phone number and residential address, collected during registration, verification or support conversations.
Financial information: trading activity, deposit records, withdrawal activity, payment information and MOMA Wallet balances and transfers. For crypto payments we record the wallet address, network and payment reference returned by the payment gateway.
Technical information: device information, IP address, platform access logs and cookie data collected automatically to operate and secure the service.
Google sign-in: when you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your Google account name and email address for the sole purpose of creating and signing you into your MOMA account. We never receive your Google password and do not access any other Google services or data.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to verify your identity or business, to review and settle funding and withdrawal requests, to operate MOMA Wallet and instant transfers, to calculate partner commissions, to provide the trading, wallet and managed-investing services, to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and other financial crime, to meet record-keeping and regulatory obligations, to notify you about decisions on your requests, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases
We process personal information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations relating to financial services, sanctions and record-keeping, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, fraud-resistant platform. Where we rely on consent, for example for optional communications, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Google user data
Access: when you sign in with Google, our application accesses only your Google account name and email address. We never access your Google password, contacts, files, emails or any other Google services.
Use: the name and email are used solely to create your MOMA account, sign you in and pre-fill your profile name. They are not used for advertising or marketing.
Storage: the name and email are stored on our platform as part of your account profile for as long as your account is active. Google sign-in is handled by the platform authentication service; we do not store your Google password.
Sharing and disclosure: we do not sell, share, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties, except where the law requires disclosure. Only authorised administrators may view account details where support or compliance requires it.
Withdrawal: you may remove MOMA’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), or continue signing in with an email address and password instead.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, improve website functionality, analyse platform usage and strengthen security controls. You can control cookies through your browser settings; restricting essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment and cryptocurrency gateways), with a broker, liquidity provider or gateway when a request you approved requires it, and with authorities where the law requires disclosure, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering screening. Recipients are bound to handle the data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
8. International data transfers
Because the MOMA ecosystem serves clients globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements with recipients.
9. Storage and security
Verification documents are stored privately with access restricted to authorised administrators and time-limited secure links. Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, continuous security monitoring and vulnerability scanning. Administrative actions on sensitive data are recorded in an internal audit log, and role-based access control ensures members can only see their own records.
10. Retention
We keep account and financial records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or as long as required by applicable record-keeping, anti-money-laundering or tax obligations. Verification documents are retained only for the review and compliance purposes described above and are otherwise removed.
11. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights, subject to applicable law: the right of access to the personal information held by MOMA; the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information; the right to erasure where legally permissible; the right to restrict processing; the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used electronic format; the right to object to specific processing activities; and the right to withdraw consent for optional data processing activities at any time. Where a legal obligation requires us to retain specific records, we will explain what can and cannot be removed. Requests can be made through the Contact page or to privacy@moma.com, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
12. Children
The platform is not directed to individuals under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons may be restricted.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform and applicable regulations evolve. The revised version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
14. Contact
